Jennifer Koeller

Jennifer brings over 17 years of experience in the software product, technology, and consulting space. She has led several strategic programs that resulted in significant client acquisitions, high client satisfaction, and overall strong partnerships for many leading services firms. Jennifer is especially talented at building and maintaining client relationships as their advocate, coordinating and ramping up large multinational and multicultural teams, and providing sound strategic advice. Jennifer is adept at building and maintaining a strong company and team culture.
Over her career, Jennifer has partnered with some of the best and brightest industry leading executives in the software engineering sector that resulted in the creation of four well-known firms: Cambridge Technology Partners, Breakaway Solutions, E5 Systems and Symphony Services. She was instrumental in the success of all these enterprises, which achieved a combined public market cap of over $7 billion while creating over 6,000 jobs across 26 countries.
Kim Cook, FLMI,AIRC
Practice Director, Insurance and Document Management
Kim leads the Insurance and Document Management practice at Objectiva Software Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for successful delivery of all insurance and content management implementations. Kim helps direct the efforts of the Professional Services team in the Xi’an development center and is also responsible for managing Objectiva’s strategic partnership with EMC.
She has more than seven years of experience managing global teams on content management implementations.
Kim’s areas of expertise include helping clients develop strategies for implementation and long term management of enterprise content management systems as well as integration with policy administration, correspondence, claims and archive systems.
Kim’s extensive experience in both IT and Operations roles in Insurance combined with proven project management skills make her uniquely qualified to ensure project success and cost-effective implementations. Before joining Objectiva, Kim worked as a Technical Director and senior project manager at EMC Document Sciences and held roles in New Business management, IT and Compliance at Golden Rule Insurance.
Kim has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. She also holds the Fellow, Life Management Institute and Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance designations from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
Sam Gong
Client Director
Sam, a Client Director at Objectiva Software Solutions, is responsible for strategically guiding senior level client relationships to ensure quality program delivery.
Prior to joining Objectiva, Sam worked for Staples as an Information Architect, where his responsibilities included leading User Interface (UI) planning and consulting for global development of all associate facing and retail systems. Most notably, Sam was responsible for the UI led redesign of Staples.com, the world’s second largest online retailer, generating $9.6 billion in annual sales.
In 2009, he was recognized by the Thomas Stemburg Founder’s Award Committee for his IA led design of the Best Customer SDLC – generating over $10 million retail revenue within the first quarter of launch.
Sam holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s from the Rhode Island School of Design.
