Jay Pan
General Manager of Objectiva Xi’an Delivery Center
Jay is the General Manager of Objectiva Software Solution’s Xi’an Software Development Center. He leads the Objectiva Xi’an team, including sales, business development, delivery and technology. He is responsible for driving growth in Xi’an.
Jay, with Objectiva since 2004, has established global R&D service teams for a number of U.S. clients before taking responsibility for the Xi’an Center. Prior to joining Objectiva, Jay was responsible for banking and securities industry software development at the Shanghai Zenitek Information Group
He is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) with certifications in Microsoft and IBM technologies. Jay holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Science & Technology, Beijing.
Peter Wang
Delivery Director
Peter is a Delivery Director at Objectiva Software Solutions. In this role he is responsible for leading the company’s delivery teams to provide high-quality software product engineering to the company’s clients. Peter is also responsible for helping build the company’s QA and testing practice, and innovation program.
He has more than ten years of technology and management experience in the information technology (IT) industry. His areas of expertise include international outsourcing strategy consulting; IT services delivery management and business analysis; software development process; quality assurance methodology and practice.
Peter has rich experience and proven success building and operating global outsourcing centers for both North American and European companies. Before joining Objectiva, Peter worked as a senior project manager at VanceInfo, Symphony Services and Beijing Aerospace Flight Control Center. He is an Agile practitioner and has led teams in the design of metrics and SLA-based project modules. His efforts furthering the Agile methodology received recognition from Microsoft.
Peter has a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Peking University and a Bachelors degree of Communication Engineering from Chongqing Communication College.
Bill Cui
Delivery Director, PMP
Bill is a Delivery Director at Objectiva Software Solutions. He is responsible for leading one of the largest delivery teams providing high-quality software product engineering to the company’s Financial Industry clients. He leads the effort to continuously expand resource capacity and capabilities in order to meet the requirements of Objectiva’s Financial Services clients.
Prior to joining Objectiva, Bill worked for IBM China and PitneyBowes as a software consultant. His areas of expertise include project leadership and software development processes, particularly CMMI and Agile. Bill has published several articles and white papers, including The Use of Agile Development in Software Outsourcing and A Sense of Belonging for On-site Engineers.
In 2008 he was recognized by the China System and Software Process Improvement Association as China Outsourcing’s Outstanding Delivery Person. In 2010, China Sourcing selected Bill as among the country’s Top 30 for Outstanding Person.
Bill was awarded a Masters Degree in Software Engineering at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2001.
Anne Ding
Delivery Director
Anne is a Delivery Director at Objectiva Software Solutions. She is responsible for managing Objectiva’s Solution Center, a resource pool and innovation incubator for future clients. The Objectiva Solution Center plays a vital role in keeping the company’s talent capacity at a sustainable level with appropriate skill-sets. It also facilitates the overall operation of the company’s global business. The Center also focuses on building strategic partnerships with innovative, rapidly growing technology companies involved with cutting-edge technology such as Cloud, social networking and innovative mobility releases from Apple and Google. Ann and her team work closely with end-user customers in government, commercial and educational organizations. Ann’s focus is to support the growth of longer term customer partnerships.
Prior to joining Objectiva, Anne worked in the Financial Services industry for 11 years. As a Project Manager at IBM she was responsible for delivering several key products to one of the world’s leading commercial banks. Her technology experience at IBM included IBM mainframes in the DB2, VSAM and CICS areas.
Anne received her Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from Lanzhou University. She earned an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2010.
Liang Guo
Chief Architect
Liang is Objectiva Software Solutions’ Chief Architect and leads the Technology Excellence Committee (TEC). TEC, composed of software architects and principal engineers, drives technology adoption within the company. Liang and his team provide technology support for client projects covering architecture design, performance engineering and code quality improvement. TEC looks externally to bring in new and innovative concepts, tools, and technologies to Objectiva. Internally, TEC seeks to identify exceptional engineering practices and help deploy them across the organization.
Before joining Objectiva, Liang worked in software R&D at Tong Tech, a leading Chinese middleware company. Prior, he worked in CAD/CAM software development, implementing an innovative 3D feature-driven modeling system.
Liang received his Bachelor Degree of Mathematics Degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
