San Diego, CA - February 19, 2004 - Objectiva Software Solutions, Inc. today announced that Nasser Barghouti, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Objectiva, will speak at the upcoming Outsourcing Strategies 2004 Forum and Conference, on March 4, 2004 at Venetian Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At the event, Dr. Barghouti will discuss software outsourcing services to China and how Objectiva's capabilities are helping companies with software development, QA and maintenance needs. Dr. Barghouti will present "Offshore Outsourcing to China: A Case Study in Software Development." It will highlight one of Objectiva's long-term publicly traded clients and detail how the offshore model has helped them reduce costs, gain technical excellence and establish a sales and marketing arm in China.

Dr. Barghouti is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Objectiva Software Solutions, Inc. and leading expert in the field of managing outsourced software projects to China. Prior to founding Objectiva, he was Global Technology Director at ONEWOLRD Software Solutions, a global software-outsourcing provider. Prior to that, Dr. Barghouti was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Research Labs in Florham Park, NJ and Bell Labs in Murray Hill, NJ. Dr. Barghouti received his BS, MS and PhD all in Computer Science from Columbia University.
