Objectiva Xi’an, China – April 23, 2009 - Objectiva Software Solutions, a leading provider of software outsourcing services, successfully held the first external training class in Xi’an Software Park. Mr. Cui Liyuan, the general manager of Xi’an development center of Objectiva, made the speech. The topic is about Scrum application in outsourcing project management. In this class, Mr. Cui introduced the conception of Scrum. In regards to the requirement of present typical outsourcing project, Mr. Cui stated how to manage the outsourcing project with Scrum method and to finally satisfy customers as well as achieve the purpose of successful project delivery.

The training on April 23rd successfully kicked off Objectiva's series of public communication activities. Nearly 30 professionals, who came from software companies in Xi'an Software Park  took part in this Scrum training class. During this training, participants had deep discussion with Mr. Cui regarding some specific project management topics.

As typical software outsourcing companies and businesses focus on European and North American markets, Objectiva would like to keep sharing experiences with society. Future topics will discuss enterprise management, project management, project delivery and software technology.
