Objectiva Software Solutions today, a  company of EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) today announced that Nasser Barghouti, PhD., Chief Technology Officer, delivered keynote address to more than one-thousand participants at the Global Outsourcing Summit on September 4, 2009 in Nanjing City, P.R.C.

The topic of Dr. Barghouti's address was how to effectively outsource enterprise software, especially when faced with a downturn in the economy. Dr. Barghouti stated "Global outsourcing is an important means to increase the comprehensive economic strength of a country and to enhance the competitiveness and brand recognition of global mainstream companies". Further stated Dr. Barghouti, "global outsourcing acts as significant method for multinational companies to reduce cost as well as operating risks and to survive the current economic crisis. The Global Outsourcing Summit (GOS) is an important milestone in the development of global outsourcing. It is an important international conference jointly organized by Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), a famous international economic organization and International Outsourcing Center (IOC), a professional international outsourcing association, as well as the local government of the host city.
