The Client, headquartered in Canada, is a specialized business processing outsourcing services company, serving the banking, wealth management, brokerage, insurance, telecommunications and retail industries in North America.

Client Need

Client combined the check, remittance and statement production operations of Canada's three largest banks into a single commercial organization. Client needed greater flexibility when designing new documents, faster time-to-market when developing new applications and better overall performance.

Objectiva's Solution

Objectiva, working with Document Sciences, helped Client to implement a new process for developing applications. Three teams: Client's development team to define the application, Document Sciences' senior consultants team for expert advice on the software, and Objectiva's offshore development team to build the application.
